Payment Plans

We accept private pay, Medicare, Medicaid, hospice, and participating insurance and managed care programs.

Medicare requirements for short-stay rehabilitation

• 65 years old and/or disabled for 24 months
• Minimum three-day hospital stay
• Admit to Medicare-certified bed within 30 days of discharge from hospital or Medicare-certified bed

Medicare benefits for short-stay rehabilitation

• Up to 100 days per benefit period
• Room and board
• Nursing care/supplies
• Medications and therapies
• Labs and oxygen

Medicare pays:

• 100% of covered services for the first 20 days
• 100% of covered services minus a daily coinsurance for 21–100 days or discharge
